Shipping Policy

Order Processing

It typically takes 1 - 3 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Shipping

Our aim is to deliver your item(s) as quickly and efficiently as we can.

All orders are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped. Our average delivery time is about 10 business days.

Free Tax-Free Shipping

All orders to the US, CA, EU, AU & UK are shipped Duties & Taxes paid.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information 3 to 8 days from the date of purchase. If you have not received any tracking information after 8 days, please notify us via (Contact Us) or email (info@somenmore.com).

Multiple Packages 

In order to cut down shipping times, we may ship your order in multiple packages. If you have missing pieces, rest assured they will be delivered in more packages.

Invalid address & order collection

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for providing us the right address and collecting your order in time from a pick-up point.

If the delivery address given when purchased is wrong then you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery (If Available).

If re-delivery is unavailable we are not responsible to refund or send a replacement item.  

Customs & Import Fees

We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.
