Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world.
Do I have to pay duties/taxes/fees?
All orders to the US, CA, EU, AU & UK are shipped Duties & Taxes paid.
Where do my products come from?
We currently have several shipping facilities in Europe and Asia. Depending on your location, we will ship your order from one of them.
We do our best to be as efficient as possible and ship from the facility closest to you, to reduce our impact on the environment and minimize shipping time.
How do I wash my garments?
Wash the garments inside out in the washing machine, not hotter than 30 degrees.
It's best to wash denim as little as possible in order to prevent shrinking and fading. However, When the jeans are in need of a wash, turn the jeans inside out, wash separately using cold water followed by a line dry.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards - American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay. Verified PayPal payment.
How secure is your website?
Our online store is protected by the most up to date security firewalls to ensure all data is kept secure.
We understand how important secure payment is on any online store, and our checkout process is as secure as it gets.
Our site is not only SSL certificate encrypted, but we also allow for payments including credit and debit cards as well as through PayPal – the safest online payment system available.
How do I make an order?
Our order process is easy! Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address.
A shipping confirmation email should follow after 1-3 business day.

My payment was declined, what should I do?
If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
Make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them or contact your bank.
If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card.
If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Service Team (info@somenmore.com) or Contact Us.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card.
I have put a wrong Shipping Address, Can I change?
If this happens to you, email us at info@somenmore.com or Contact Us as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it.
However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
